Riverbend Community Pantry
Nobody in [CITY] should go to bed hungry
We hand out free groceries every week to anyone who needs them. No forms, no proof, no questions. Your gift keeps the shelves full.

What your gift does
Pick an amount. See it on the table.
Grocers and farms give us most of our food. Your money buys what they can’t, like milk, eggs and protein, and keeps the van on the road.
A week at the pantry
From the back of a van to your kitchen
Monday
Pickup
Drivers collect surplus bread and produce from local grocers and farms.
Wednesday
Sort and pack
Volunteers check dates, sort donations and pack weekend bags for kids.
Thursday
Deliver
Groceries go out to neighbours who can’t get to us.
Saturday
Open doors
The tables fill up and anyone can come and choose what they need.
What we do
Food, close to home

Saturday distribution
Fresh produce, dairy, bread and pantry staples, chosen like a small grocery store. Come once a week; nobody asks why.

Home delivery
Volunteers bring a week of groceries to neighbours who are housebound, recovering or caring for someone.

Weekend bags for kids
A bag of easy, kid-friendly food goes home from school every Friday with children who might otherwise go without.
